VetAssist can offer a Business Triage (Review) service where I can spend a day in your practice working with all team members to see how the practice runs on a day to day basis. This is a great way to identify new opportunities and also see how your practice is with an “outside-looking-in” perspective. When you work every day in your own practice it can be hard to identify congestion points or problems or even how to deal with these if you have identified them already, so a fresh pair of eyes can be a great help in finding solutions. I can also look at new service opportunities for the practice, Nurse Clinics, Fear Free Practices or complementary therapies such as Hydrotherapy etc. I will look at how the practice is marketed and how digital services or platforms that are available could greatly help your business grow and engage with your clients more. The feedback from practices over the years has been very positive to the Business Review service as it has allowed them to identify issues, look at solutions and timeframes to work with to ensure issues are addressed and resolved! Following the review I will present a report and plan of action to the management team which will focus on solutions and a timeframe to work with in agreement with the management team.
